I have been wanting to lessen the appearance of my genetic dark circles for over a decade now, and I finally decided to get this procedure done. I had a transconjunctival blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, and a bit of fat grafting to fill out my hollow under eye area. This was the route that worked with my particular features, so the procedures may differ a bit from person to person.\r
